A fully automated robotic modular factory.

Our flagship in modular construction. MODFAC is a fully automated robotic factory, patented with the USPTO in 2023, that produces fully-finished, pre-assembled modular units with extraordinarily high capacity and very low labour dependency.

By addressing the acute lack of automation solutions in modular construction, MODFAC positions B3G as a definitive leader in the industrialisation of the Middle Eastern built environment.

A lab-scale 3D concrete printer.

In alignment with the Dubai Government's 2030 vision, 25% of new buildings constructed using 3D concrete printing, B3G introduced GanLab: a laboratory-scale 3D concrete printer designed for universities and research centres.

It addresses a key market gap by enabling advanced R&D, material testing and rapid prototyping in a controlled lab environment. Fully customisable, it can be scaled, configured, upgraded and enhanced into a fully autonomous system.
