Maximum-repetition geometry, from inception.

The design approach adopted by B3G focuses strictly on manufacturability. Whether the project is a sprawling residential compound, a high-density commercial space, a hospitality venue or an educational facility, the architectural scheme is laid down from inception on maximum-repetition geometry and strict dimensional grids.

This geometric discipline is the fundamental prerequisite for offsite manufacturing, ensuring components can be produced sequentially and assembled seamlessly, regardless of whether the chosen methodology is precast concrete or volumetric modular construction. We build creatively, smartly and efficiently, incorporating smart construction methods into unique design features that serve the space concept intent.

02 / Structural Engineering

Post-tensioning is the pre-stressing of structural concrete elements, and one of the fastest routes to capital efficiency in conventional construction.

03 / Modular Design · PPVC

Structurally complete units, delivered to site.

Modular construction maximises the off-site prefabrication content of a building while minimising on-site construction and the potential for rework. It delivers structurally complete building units, modules, directly to site as Volumetric Modular Construction.

When modules arrive with all finishing items installed beyond the structural components, MEP, cabinetry, surfaces, it becomes Prefinished, or PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction): the pinnacle of the plug-and-play concept.

04 / Precast Detailing

Fabrication removed from the critical path.

Precast is one of the most preferable construction systems, proven in responding to the demands of contractors, consultants and, ultimately, developers. The precast industry eliminates fabrication time from the project's site programme and avoids the on-site quality issues that concern every contractor.

By overlapping activities at site and factory, precast saves on the overall programme. It allows a wide range of finishing materials and highly customised mould shapes, and, apart from occasional maintenance, precast cladding is well known as a maintenance-free product for the building's lifetime.
